• Stump depth of 600mm max
• Full steel sub floor framing
• Colorbond external cladding (Paperbark or Pale Eucalypt)
• Hardiflex internal walls
• Colorbond ceilings (off white)
• Colorbond guttering, flashings & downpipe to ground level (Paperbark or Pale Eucalypt)
• Two Colorbond sliding windows with flyscreens (Paperbark or Pale Eucalypt)
• One external flush panel door, complete with lock & weather seal
• Internal electrical wiring with 1 or 2 internal lights, 1 external light, 2 or 3 double
  power points and smoke detector, ready for external connections to mains
  power
• Particleboard flooring
• One step
• One row of treated pine plinth board to perimeter of sleepout

• Internal wall painting
• Carpet - POA
