Since 1988 we have built well over 1,000 Granny Flats and Sleepouts for both Private Clients & Government Departments all over Victoria.
All Granny Flats and Sleepouts are built to Victorian Building Requirements with our modular building system, meaning that once built they are easily relocated by a tradesman or handyman which means you can take it with you if moving house or simply sell it and recover a good portion of your initial outlay.
